However, due to the special nature of the items, we do not offer full refunds but will provide partial refunds or alternative solutions based on specific circumstances.

1. Scope

This refund policy applies to all products purchased through our store (or website) and is subject to specific product conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may apply for a partial refund under the following circumstances:

●      The product has clear quality issues;

●      The product was severely damaged during transportation and cannot be repaired or replaced;

●      The received product significantly deviates from the description.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect your rights, please record a complete unboxing video when you receive the product. The video should include:

●      The package's exterior, seal condition, and shipping label;

●      The unboxing process (from the sealed package to full opening);

●      A complete display of the product, including all accessories and internal packaging.

Failure to provide a clear and complete unboxing video may affect the review of your refund request.

4. Refund Policy Details

●      Partial Refund: Due to the special nature of certain products, if quality issues, transportation damage, or discrepancies are confirmed, we will offer a partial refund based on the extent of the issue. The refund amount will not exceed 40% of the product price.

●      Replacement Service: While inventory lasts, we will prioritize offering replacement services with a similar product instead of issuing a refund. However, please note that no two crystals in the world are identical. While we will do our best to find a similar replacement, it is not possible to replicate the exact same appearance.

5. Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number, unboxing video, and a description of the issue;
  2. Customer service will review your request within 2 business days and propose a solution;
  3. If the refund is approved, we will process the refund or arrange a replacement within 7 business days.

6. Important Notes

●      Returned products must remain in their original packaging and condition. Refund requests for items with visible signs of use or intentional damage will not be accepted;

●      Customized or promotional items are non-refundable due to their special nature;

●      Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
